Refund policy

We take returns for unopened or defective products within 15 days, no questions asked. We will also consider other returns within the 15 day period, so long as there is a valid reason for the return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please reach out to us at hello@gentlecreatures.co for any return inquiries. Refunds generally take 7-14 business days to process from when we receive the returned product(s), but times may vary.
