Domestic U.S. Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Shipments will not be processed on weekends or holidays. Deliveries may occur on weekends or holidays depending on the shipping service used. If we are experiencing shipment delays for any reason (for example, we are experiencing unusually high order volume), we will notify of the delays via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are based on shipment weight and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times and prices will vary depending on location and the size of orders.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

All of our shipping options can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation on the day that your order ships. Your shipment confirmation will include the service we used to ship as well as a tracking number to track your package.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Green Manatee, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Green Manatee, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Alternatively, you may contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship outside the US at this time.
